- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup grass-fed butter, melted
- ½ cup cane sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 330F degrees.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and combine thoroughly. The mixture will be quite thick.
- Add chocolate chips, and stir until combined.
- Roll the dough into 23-24 balls, and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. These cookies don't spread much. :)
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for approximately 15 minutes, and enjoy!
