Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup grass-fed butter, melted
  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 330F degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and combine thoroughly. The mixture will be quite thick.
  5. Add chocolate chips, and stir until combined.
  6. Roll the dough into 23-24 balls, and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. These cookies don't spread much. :)
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for approximately 15 minutes, and enjoy!
