My goal here is to help you get healthier. But I want to take a different approach on things…

In the healthy eating world, there are many different theories. Some say grass-fed butter is great for you, and others say it could be terrible for your health. Some say that whole grains are essential for a healthy life, and others say that grains aren’t even suitable for human consumption.

So what I try to do here is find a middle ground between all these theories and opinions. I want to help people get informed with as little bias as possible. I will post several ‘guides’ and articles, and each time I will strive to include both sides of the story.

There will also be some some articles in which I state my personal opinion; but just to keep accountable, these posts will be filed under the category “Opinion”.

If you want to learn more about the blog, here’s a quick overview:

– Recipes. This is where I’ll share healthy recipes, and it will probably be the most personal part of the blog. Most of these posts will be made up of personal opinion. :)

 – Articles.  This is the part where I try to inform people, and where I’ll uncover many lies about the health and food industry. In this section I will always be as objective as possible. Because people deserve to know the truth. All of it.

– DIY. This is where I’ll share different recipes for homemade personal care products, and things like that. I’m just getting started with this section, so please be patient and keep your eyes open for upcoming posts!
